Most Domestic orders will leave our store within 2 business days of receipt of payment excluding Holidays. Only Buy It Now Items will qualify for return. Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from when you received it. We are not responsible if items do not arrive to us. When we receive your package you will receive your refund. Your refund will be the purchase price you paid excluding all shipping and handling. Your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!
